Terms of Service

1. The Service

Casa Signals is a hosted WordPress and WooCommerce analytics, customer intelligence, messaging, and automation platform operated by Code Casa Studios.

The service receives events from connected WordPress sites, links those events to the configured store domain, displays analytics and customer timelines, and can send configured SMS or email messages when a site owner creates a flow or broadcast.

2. Accounts and Access

You are responsible for keeping your account, invited users, API keys, and connected domains secure.

If you invite another person to manage a domain, that person may be able to view customer, order, analytics, billing, flow, and broadcast data for that domain until access is removed.

3. WordPress Connector

The Casa Signals Connector plugin sends store events to Casa Signals only after a store administrator adds an API key and enables event tracking in the plugin settings.

You are responsible for making sure that your store notices, cookie controls, privacy policy, and customer permissions are appropriate for the data you choose to send.

4. Messaging and Credits

SMS, email, flows, and broadcasts may use account credits. Credit costs are shown in the Casa Signals dashboard and may vary by message type, length, and delivery method.

You must not use Casa Signals to send unlawful, misleading, abusive, or unsolicited messages. You are responsible for honoring unsubscribe requests and any marketing consent rules that apply to your store.

5. Billing

Payments, card handling, and checkout may be processed by Stripe or another payment provider. Casa Signals does not store full card numbers.

Purchased credits are applied to your Casa Signals account after successful payment. Auto top-up, where enabled, may charge your saved payment method when your balance falls below the configured threshold.

6. Availability and Changes

We aim to keep Casa Signals reliable, but the service may occasionally be unavailable due to maintenance, provider issues, or events outside our control.

We may update the service, features, pricing, credit rules, plugin behavior, or these terms. Continued use of Casa Signals after changes means you accept the updated terms.

7. Liability

Casa Signals is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect loss, lost profit, lost revenue, data loss, or business interruption.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited.
